Win an ARC of The Descent

I know from your comments on Facebook and elsewhere that fans of The Taker books are eager to see how the trilogy concludes, and January seems so far away. I was planning to give away a copy of the ARC when the big mega Thrillerpalooza contest ends but then I thought, why wait? Let's have an instant contest for an ARC of The Descent. It starts now and closes at midnight ET on Sunday, October 13th. It's open internationally; must be 16 years old to enter. Get bonus entries for sharing it on your Facebook page and Twitter, so please spread the word and tell your friends.

As always, thanks for your support.

  10. I loved how haunting The Taker was. It disturbed me how horrible Adair was but I couldn't stop reading.
Most of all I love how well it's written. Might sound like I'm just saying it for the sake of it but no. It had to be well written to capture my attention till the end and then make me want to read the second book. It's one of those books, no matter how haunting the content is you can't let go because it's so beautifully written.

The Reckoning was just as great, but The Taker got me there ;)

  28. I have read both the books and can't wait for the 3rd one. Alma knows my opinions on her book as we have chatted time to time on twitter actually. she might recognize me as well. @Radblaize i used to go as Disco Elephant but i recently i changed it to Audio Monkey :) anyway, I kind of find the author is taking a sympathetic tone for Adair during the latter part of the 2nd book. It'll be interesting how she will take it in the 3rd book.

  30. I've read both The Taker and The Reckoning and was absolutely captivated by the story and the characters. There are so many elements that I am looking forward to in book three:
    - where Lanny and Adair's relationship will go from the end of book 2
    - will there be any redemption for either or both of them
    - will the real Adair please stand up ;)
    - what further roll if any Luke will play
    -and Jonathan????????
    - AND.. what's up with that new character/element introduced via near the end of book 2.
    OMG!!! Anticipation is killing me!!!!
